We go to Arna videregående school, the best school in Bergen!







This is our second year at the school, and we love it. Its a great school with great teachers and great classmates. At our school you can go different lines, we go the line thats called health worker. The school day starts 08.15 everyday. We normally finish school at 13.00 or 15.30. At our school we have a cafeteria, where we can buy food and something to drink. You can eat hamburger, pizza, noodles or a normal sandwich. You can buy cola, water or orange juice! You can also buy chokolate and sweets. The cafeteria is open in every reccess. When we have gym, we go up to a big hal thats called bjørnar hallen. Or we go up to the big sockerfeild. Our teachers name is Elisabeth, and she's very nice! We have different teachers, depending on which classes we have. At our school theres about 200 pupils, we think. In Arna its only two schools, its our school and another school called Garnes VGS. A lot of our friends go to that school, so we often meet them on the schoolbus home! Charlotte lives so close to the school that she can walk to school, but me and Marte have to take the schoolbus. At our school we use the cumputer alot, in almost every class.

The school is a bit old, but its big and the people are so nice that it doesn't matter. We just love our school!

About us

Charlotte:

Charlotte is a 17 year old girl from Indre Arna. She lives with her mom and dad, and she has one sister and one brother, but they have moved out. She has a boyfriend, and his name is Lars-Erik. He is 17 year old and they have been together almost three years. In her sparetime she likes to hang out with friends and the boyfriend. She has a job at GUTS GYM, it's a trainingsenter in Indre Arna. She works at the reseption and the kindergarden at the senter.

Cassandra:

Cassandra is a 17 year old girl from Indre Arna. She lives with her dad because her parents are divorced and her mom lives at Stord which is two hours away from Arna, with her littlesister Victoria. Cassandra is half Canadian, her grandgrand mother lives in Canada. In her sparetime Cassandra likes to hang out with her friends and work out. She has a job at Safari, thats a groseryshop in Arna. She sells meat and fish.

Marte:

She is 17 year old girl from Espeland, which is 10 minutes away from Indre Arna. She lives with her mom, dad, sister and brother. She has a dog and two cats. In her sparetime she likes to hang out with friends. She has a job, and she works with Charlotte at GUTS GYM, and she is also a reseptionist and she also works in the kindergarden there.

Today we have school kitchen! We are making "fårikal". That is a very traditional Norwegian meal. It is lamb meat and cabbage. We are also making applecake. When we are finished making the food we all sit together and eat. Every wednesday we have school kitchen, and I think that is our favourite schoolday of the week.

Hello everybody!

This is our first post on our new blog.

We just want to tell everyone how exited we are about this VAGAB project!

We cant wait to have all the other people from other countries to visit Arna. We are looking forward to hang out with you and to show all of you our beautiful city! :)
